How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Digital Ahirat account and associated personal data from the app or by contacting support:

1. Open the app and log in with your registered phone number.
2. Go to Profile or Settings and choose account deletion, if available in your app version.
3. If the in-app option is unavailable, submit a request on the Contact Us page and include your registered phone number.

What data is deleted

After we verify your request, we delete or anonymize account-linked personal data, such as your profile details, uploaded profile photo, and user-generated content associated with your account, unless retention is required by law.

What may be retained and for how long

We may retain limited records for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. These records are retained only as long as required for those purposes and then securely deleted.

Request processing timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification is required, we will contact you through the details provided in your request.
